In May 12,2010 I bought an item from a web site for 1.65 and that's when my problems began. I never checked my bank statement for a 24.95 per month charge Value Plus was billing me because I never signed up for any of their services. On 2-2-2012 I recieved a notice thru e-mail that I would be billed for another month if I didn't call and cancel their services. I called on 2-3-2012 and cancelled and they gave me a confirmation number. I was told in the e-mail they sent me to respond before 2-5-2012 to quit their services. Well next bank statement there it was. Another monthly charge. I called them back up and was told they didn't enter the cancelation untill 2-7-2012 so there for I was billed another month. I have since called my bank and hopefully they will find the fraud in which Value Plus practices. I hope I can receive all of the 523.95 I paid to a business I didn't even know I belonged to. The final result is that at least I should be reimbursed for the 24.95 that they billed me for another month when I did all that was required of me to cancel. Be aware of DRI VAlUE PLUS
