On the 02/11/2012 I took up an offer from media crawler of a 7 day trial for $1.99.if I liked the software or did not cancel the trial within 7 days . i would automatically be charged for the full package of $69. On the 02/13/2012. i decided .to cancel. when entering my email and password to do so. my password was not recognised. I had deleted the id number by fault as well. so I sent an email to media crawler. asking for the necessary password an id number I had confirmation the message was received and they would get back to me, I have emailed them through the media crawler forgot password page every day since, message of confirmation always given .Today 6 days later still no response. tomorrow will be the end of trial period. so expecting them to take $69 from the account i gave them. I DO NOT WANT THE SOFTWARE. how does one contact the con artists
