Contacted that they showed and sold timeshare properties that were on the market and asked if ours was still for sale. They said they had someone that has entered into an agreement to purchase with them working with a financial group to finance the buyee. If approved for the finance they would pay our listing price plus the amount of maintenance fees paid that year to use the property immediately to the buyer. We had much communication for about 6 weeks, which we were told would take 10 weeks for us to receive our portion of the sale, payoff what may still be owed to any financial representation we used and transfer the deed. Since then, no phone #'s have been functional. They had indepth detail of what they would be doing for the sale that was on the up and up of what would have to take place for a sale of a timeshare. Unfortunatley, we are out $1985, plus we got a call from a finance place located in Arizona this January 2012 that they were now handling the affairs of Timeshare Income who was no longer licensed to do so, that they had our funds from the sale to send but that they couldn't release them until we settled the Florida Documentary Stamp Tax of $400.
