I too fell for this product. I wish I had seen theese posts first. However, Iwas able to speak to someone on the telephone and requested a refund. I was given two confirmation numbers, one for each transaction to my bank account and told that I would have a refund in seven to ten days. I'll just have to wait and see. The phone number i called is 1 888 201 0028. I hope this helps.
