November 6 2011 quick collect a payment to 123cycle. I was informed that it woul take 2 week to be sent. Two week later I callthem back. I was told that they didn,t have paper work on the part. And they would have to contac the DMV. It would take 4 to 6 week for paper work would arrive. After I contacted them again I was told that I need an paypal account. I inform them that I did not pay with paypal. After going around and around. I set up an paypal account. Then told to e-mail them. I did now when I call my number is blocked.
