VIP contacted us, informing us we won a free cruise, that we had to come to a seminar. We were approached outside the seminar, telling us we didn't have to sit through it, there wasn't enough room, but we would still get our cruise. We were contacted, told there was a $175 processing fee, and then we could pick the dates for our criuse. Not only was the cruise not free, the cruise they were offering was more money than it was booking it online. Still trying to get our money back. There is one phone line, and no one ever answers. Supposedly there's a Jessica Johnson who emailed us, if she does exist, and has not yet responded after months. So, I say to you, Jessica Johnson who works for VIP Travel Reservations, shameon you for being part of this scumbag operation. What does that make you, and what would your children think????
