I was on my computor and this virus came up. I tryed menay solutions to get rid of it, but nothing worked. This SCAM from Monstrocloud came up (amazingly) to fix this virus, so I payed for it, and it (amazingly went away. I new that I had just been SCAMMED. I got on line to them and told them that I was going to turn in to the better business bureau. They E-mailed me back and said they would refund my money on my next credit card statement. The Bastards never did. This is a RIP_OFF!
