The dealer excepted the $17,600 Capital One Blank check I signed to pay for the car. He went and applied for a $20,000 bank loan on my behalf without telling me. Wachovia (Wells Fargo) approved the loan without any contact with me.The dealers motive is commissions they receive from Wachovia and their ability to write a contract online without question. They denied there being a check saying I came on their car lot needing financing. Dan Norman.
