I was looking for a loan on the internet and came across Enchance Finance Services, whilst doing this application someone phoned me from them offering a loan but an up front fee of £69.99 which I said I did not want to do and wanted to cancel the loan. It has now turned out that they have still taken this money from my account and they are not answering they phones for me to ask them to return my money.
