I was on computer paying a ticket, someone from Idaho hacked into my computer got my netspend card and placed an order on walmart.com i called netspend that day soon as I noticed it, i was told that there was a stop payment put on order. come to find out it never was and they paid it tryed to get reimbursed netspend sent me paperwork to fill out I did so and they still will not reimburse me the money say that too much time has elapsed. There should be no time elapsed since I called Netspend the day of unauthorized charge and they didn't put a stop payment on it. I am being punished because they didn't do their job, not me. I want my $75.80 from Netspend. Thank you. Rebecca King

Rebecca, file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. The BBB is a scam in and of itself. Also, consider filing a complaint with www.ic3.gov. This is a site operated by the FBI internet crimes division. You were ripped off via the internet. Make sure you carbon copy the attorney generals office in the state where you reside or the impropriety took place.
Google "Netspend" followed by the word scam and you will be shocked. -
