I ordered 2 units - neither of them work. Many emails & phone calls - no replies. Filed a dispute with credit card company (VISA) which required LOTS of documentation. Requested RMA# to return merchandise. Company will not issue a RMA# because we are in dispute regarding the merchandise. VISA will not help us until we return the merchandise. So we are out $280 and LOTS of frustration. This company is a complete SCAM!!
