Ordered the trial size creams for this company and paid the post and package as well. They took 2 amounts from my bank account one for £79.99 and the other for £74.95 without my permission. I have contacted them direct but still waiting for a reply. Will be putting it in the hands of the Trading Standards.

- I was also sucked in and when I received my visa statement I was horrified the this company had the nerve to charge me for good not yet sent. I contacted the and demanded a full refund but they only gave me 50% and quickly closed my account. Ho do I get in touch with fair trade? I also want to warn people about nurovyn which is supposed to help one loose weight. It comes with a guarantee. It's done nothing for me and they are not responding to my e-mail messages.
