i pay 62.50 per month for this warranty which covers appliances. in the 1st paragraph it explains rpair or replace. in paragraph 9 it xplains the obligations of the company for repairing or replacing. no where does it mention buy out.
i reported my problem on 01-03-2012. a tech was sent out. at that time he advised too expensive to repair. he recommended replacement. he spoke with company and reported back to us that the company would pay 300.00 to replace. we accepted. the company then called and advised would do by-out. no replace or repair using paragraph 9 as their coverage for decision. this paragraph discusses paying for parts, but not buying out dishwasher. i have read many related opinions on this company and find that they are not known for backing their legal obligations. another problem is that 31 days later i received a check for 15.00. i have e-mailed the company requesting the rest of my money. i understand this company was run out of new york for their illegal action or nonactions. is there anything you can do to help? to replace the machine with a comparable machine would cost more than 300.00. i feel that i am being cheated and want to get out of this warranty if i cannot get what i am paying for.
