I too purchased the sample of LorDaVie serum and thought I was getting that I paid for which was $2.99. I did not notice my visa account was charged $95.25 Cnd. and then I received another parcel in the mail. I decided not to open it and checked my Visa statement. I had a charge of $95.25 from a Company called "Ladder to Financial Freedom" with a 1800 number. I called and they told me it was infact LorDaVie and that their accounting department made a mistake in the billing. She said that i was charged the first time because I didn't return the product within my alloted time (per the fine print). I told her that I still had the product and I will return to sender. She said that I should do this because they moved from Florida and they are now in Kentucky. She gave me an address in Lexington Ketucky. I googled the address to find out it was in fact a Fed Ex postal station and I had Fed Ex call the station and they were told that the LorDaVie just opened up a postal box there and they are getting allot of returns back. I returned my product on Jan 9, 2012 and still have not received my refund. The number I originally got through on 18666349752 is now ringing busy! This is not the way to handle customer's if you are looking for repeat customers. If anyone other there has a contact number, please let me know.
