- Members Way purchases gift certificates from Direct Select Rewards, a third party promotional premium company with an excellent gift certificate program and a satisfactory fulfillment record. Members Way provides these gifts as a complimentary incentive to it's guest for attending a 90 minute seminar on its membership program. It sounds like the problem here is that the recipient did not complete the registration process of the gift within the allotted time period and the gift expired, or committed an error in filling out the registration form. This could void the gift and render it unredeemable. When and how a recipient fills out the form is obviously well beyond the control of Direct Select Rewards or Members Way. They have no control over how or when the recipient fills out the registration of the gift certificate once they have received it and take it home. The recipient normally has 30 days from the issue date to register the gift. The gift certificate has clear instructions on how to redeem it written on the certificate itself. In addition, the recipient can call the number on the gift certificate with any problems or questions, or simply go to Direct Select's website to register the gift as an added convenience. Direct Select Rewards is dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction, but the gift recipient must simply register the gift correctly according to the instructions and terms and conditions presented on the gift certificate for it to be valid.
