DO NOT USE THEM! I hired them to help with a house in foreclosure. They were slow to respond and gave few updates. After two months I finally got a “report” on the audit of my mortgage file making it sound like they were issues they could address with the bank. They did get the house sale date moved forward once. Then it was the holidays and I didn’t hear anything. They continued to drag their feet and only responded to my request for updates when I called five times a day and sent multiple emails. On the next sale date I got an email saying “piece of cake-sale date postponed.” That weekend I received papers saying my house had been sold! They refused to call me back or answer any emails—and I was freaking out! Two weeks later I got a call saying they were working on it and had nothing to update. I ended up getting eviction papers and then found out my rep at Alia was no longer with the company. Her assistant basically said, “Oh, well. Our appeal wasn’t accepted. Nothing we can do.”
