i have just contacted the company too on the number below, i was so angry i was in tears. £206 had been taken from my account and as a single mum I cannot afford this and i gave all these details to the customer service lady who at first said i should have read all the small print - I explained that this was a pop up advert which clearly stated FREE SAMPLES, she then offered me 50% untill i mentioned Watchdog, she then agreed after several mins a full refund. I also needed to make sure she took me off the mailing list as otherwise they would have sent more! My bank would have been unable to stop this and had advised me to contact the company to cancel the payments - I thought i was going to have toclose the account untill i found this website. Thankyou
