I routinely pay my tele bill the day it is due. Every other month I review the bill to make sure there are no "bogus" charges. This month I noticed a charge of $9.99 from this company for Military History Alerts through text subscriptions. It appears that these charges are set to renew every month. I immediately contacted ATT to contest the charge. The call center rep explained to me that ATT has seen an increase in complaints about this company. Since I contested the charge ATT promptly refunded the $$ and placed a block on my account that will stop these types of charges. I actually had three of these $9.99 charges (from three different companies) but ATT refunded all of the charges without batting an eye.
