i ordered and paid for trial samples of 2 different products.of which too 4 weeks to arrive. these were trails and a total of £12.98 was debited to my account.On the 17th of feb £29.99 was taken from my account without my permission or knowledge.Having called my bank they advised i need to contact the company direct... i have tried to no avail there is not even a ring tone.. the only option left is to shut this scam down but how???in the terms for these products it states to contact them on +44 (0)808 168 3685 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) or [email protected]. this is not possible to do as there is no such email either .
