sent off for free trial in january. got my Visa statement today(18/2/12)showing company had made an unauthorised credit card charge on feb 6th.Phoned contact number and spoke to someone in Philippines.After threatening to expose company to press was offered 50%refund as that was all she was authorised to give and to cancel my card details. Was given a reference number and told to expect refund in 7 days time! So don't know if it will happen yet.The company i was told is registered in Scotland but card statement had CY which i think is Cyprus?
