i get £86week for to live on and this company took £74.95 out of my bank i want it back the company i rang said they couldnt give me a phone number to head office ,my bank refuse to do anything,what can i do ,i never applied for it i havnt computer so ring (Personal Information Removed)

i rang the number the bank gave me and they said head office had no phone number ,they said i would get it back ,i havnt
