I purchased their SpeedyPC Pro software and one year of their 'Microsoft' support (they stated that it would solve all my computer problems and increase the computer's speed threefold), both the software and the support service were said to be 100% guaranteed or my money back. They could not get SpeedyPC Pro to work properly, and after almost a month they deleted it, yet refused to refund my money. I had also been complaining that their Service was not solving problems, but creating them. I had tried a number of times to stop my service and get a refund, but each time they convinced me to let them work on my computer to fix the problems. But every time they worked on it I had more problems and the computer became slower. The day after they deleted their software I told them I would not allow them to work on my computer again. They became angry. They suddenly came up with the idea that I was to be charged for all the "work" they had done on my computer (with no prior warning of this). They said this exceeded my refund price, and refused to pay me for the software they deleted, or the service I discontinued, despite their initial promise that my money would be refunded if not satisfied. I know they have serviced many without a problem, but once they have your money, be warned, they will NOT refund a penny, no matter what their promises, or Internet policy states. They will make-up rules you have never heard of, and charges never mentioned, all so they can say they owe you nothing. These are dangerous people. Cold and uncaring. I could not GUESS at the amount of my time they stole, on top of the money I lost. In my experience I found them to be dishonest, liars, and actually a DANGER to the operating condition of one's computer.
