i authorized 2.95 charge for vehicle vin report and they charged my card for 29.95. and they keep doing it. how do we stop them?

i do have proof on my credit card statement, but my cell phone takes a smaller pic than this system requires and i cant upload it. i have also filed a complaint with my credit card company and local police.
