I ordered these products thru a site on Facebook. They were $4.95 each. I got the trial products. Took them and did not like them, they did nothing but make me sick. There was no information in the packing that said how to return. Within 3 weeks I got another package but only the Nutra Slim. Again, nothing in the packing that said what was happening. Got my next months bill and got billed for 79.99 for each product. I called the phone number on the MasterCard bill for the companies. I talked to a Sabrina. Told her what was happening. She said she could not do anything about the current charges because it was too late but that I could stop the future products from being sent. She said she would send me the means to return the product. I never received anything from the company. However, I got charged the next month for the products (both of them). July 28th I called the company again and talked to BO. He said he was a supervisor. I told him my story and he said he could not take the products back because it was over 30 days old. He also said that he could not remove the charges. I could hear a gentleman's voice in the background explaining a similar story to who ever he was talking to. I even said this to BO stating that they must be a super company to work for if your job is to scam people everyday. Must be fun. Hope someone really listens to my recording. I got off the phone with BO and called my Master Card and put a protest in with the company. Don't know if I will ever see my money but would love to do whatever to stop this from happening to anyone else. Facebook should also stop allowing such scams to be on their website. AND I blame myself. I know you can't look weight in a pill only your pride!!
