i went on line for a pay day loan ant this add poped up i declined it and 3 days later the 99.49 was taken out my account but thank god i went and took out police report and the bank is giveing me my money back i think the lender with who you applayed for the loan is at fault by asking you for your banking information is libile as well there not the one who lends you the money so why ask you for your banking routing and account so now i going after them well my lawyer is so if this has happened to you seek legal advise dont just sit back and do nothing
