Was told my home would be listed For Sale by Owner on various websites. I specifically asked and was assured that it would be on "FSBO.com" and "Military for Sale by Owner." It has never shown up on those sites. I do not receive return calls when I call to inquire about the listing not when I call to pretend to be a person interested in the home. I do not receive replies to my emails.
This can cause a potential buyer to look elsewhere because it looks like I am not answering their calls or emails and prohibit the possible sale of my home.
The salesman was Lloyd Dempsy or Lloyd Dempsey and the only email I received early on was from Jackie Green.
Definitely a scam. Stay away from this fast-talking yankee. I should have trusted my gut on this one.
