I purchased a personalized Mickey Mouse t-shirt for my sons 4th birthday on Feb 7, 2012. I even paid priority shipping to make sure I received it in time for his birthday. On Feb 14, 2012 i received an email stating it will be shipped in 2-3 day. In the mean time I tried calling their customer service number and it would be a machine that says someone will be with you in a minute and then it would hang up on me. I emailed them and never heard back from them.
