I ordered a Bennoti Espresso Cappuccino Maker from Sears just before the date above. The coffee maker came, however, there weren't any coffee measure cups included, then the adventure started.
I couldn't locate any measured cups in the area and called this company at 212 480 2181 and spoke with Alex about it. He informed me that their coffee wasn't available anywhere except with this company so I proceeded to order the coffee measured cups. The money was taken from my account and I awaited my purchase, never happened. I started calling Alex on a regular basis getting every kind of excuse as to why they hadn't sent them to me. Everything was very apparent that they were all lies. Either they already sent them or didn't, whatever he had on his mind at the time. I e mailed them w/o success. Eventually I spoke with a Victoria Collins at the same number with the same responses, all of them with nothing happening. I get put on hold,hung up on, etc.
One day speaking with her she mentioned her supervisor Mr. Savant saying that she would speak to him about this. No response in any way. I called that number many times asking for him but he was always out of the office or on another call, whatever they wanted to say that day. Today was the last straw. Ms. Collins was not working for a few days and Mr. Savant (if there is such a person) was not available for the rest of the day. Sounds like a scam to me and I find that someone would do that for such a small amount of money. I'm 76 years old on a fixed income and that small amount of money is a lot to me.
I'm out of ideas about this so maybe you can do something. I sure hope so.
My original order # ie 315 302484. I paid for it with my Visa card.
I have since returned the coffee pot to sears letting them know about this but they couldn't do anything either.
I go around and around with this and have been since January.
