i ordeded a sample on facebook and did not see any small print-they have taken over three hundred pounds from my account without my consent.my bank managed to get the £150 they took in january but despite sending all the goods they sent in december back i have not had any more money refunded.i have proof of posting all those not ordered items being sent back but have not had the full amount put back in my account.i am totally disgusted because i am a pensioner and cannot afford to lose this amount of money.please help-thank you
