I recieved a 9.99 charge on my cell phone bill unknowingly. I had no idea what the fee was for. The cell phone company has removed the service and blocked me from recieving any of these types of services. I did not sign up for this service nor did I even know it was on my account. I'm quite angry this fee was there and this company has charged me.
