So I saw an apartment for rent in Miami beach, It had nice pictures and seemed to be in the right price range for me. I booked Febuary 22nd thru the end of the month. I recieved an email the day before I am supposed to check in saying there was a break out fire and the unit will be shut down for the next two weeks!!!! I paid through Pay Pal does anyone know if there is any chance of me getting my money back?
