i thought i was gettin wat was a FREE trail but thn they kept takin money out my accout ive rang thm 5 time since and gettin nowhere 2day i rang they said they can only give me half my money bac as they havent recieved thm al coz i neva had a trackin number their rip offs i was neva told i need a trackin number now if they neva recieved thm why give me half my money bac tht they sudnt of takin in th first place surley their sud b some we can al do 2 get our money bac some1 plzzzzzz help us some of us r single parents n cant afford this i wud advise any1 2 cancell it at ur bank if u have ordered a FREE trail
