I found this charge on my phone bill. I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING!! How do you reach these people to stop them? How do they get around and are able to charge and then be unreachable? How much do they make through this scam?
Can they NOT be stopped according to SOME law?????

Unfortunately I don't trust any internet company, so I am certainly not going to put a copy of my phone bill on here. After scams like this....do you think we really would??

- Are you by chance a US Cellular customer? This same thing happened to my mother, but it seems like they are targeting US Cellular customers on the date the bill cycles. Also we are from Iowa and have filed a complaint with the Attorney General.
