My Headphones were stolen. I called in and was told by someone in customer service (Girl) that they may be able to replace the headphones. I get disconnected, and call in again and speak to a very nasty woman. She refuses to let me speak to a manager and repeats there is nothing we can do. She wouldn't even blacklist the serial number so if someone tries to bring them in for service they'll know they're mine. She lied and said she was talking to her manager. She repetitively degraded me and made me feel akward. I want the resolution I was told I would get.
I WANT THE Headphone Replaced, the only reason I bought them was to do a review for the company. The only reason I am asking for a replacement was because I was told I could get one by another agent. I should be compensated from the emotionally scarring treatment from the 2nd representative.
