An unauthorised deduction of the amount was made from my account. One month earlier an authorised credit was arranged for a shipped free sample, which turned out to be a glue like substance. No further authorisation was made to our knowledge.

- After this company took £74.95 from my account, they took another £51 this week. I have rung the 0808 1787320 number from this website which got me through to the company - the lady explained that in their terms and conditions - if I did not cancel my subscription within 14 days of my order they would go ahead and take payment from my account. This continues every month until you do cancel your subscription with them so DO IT NOW! Having spoken with my bank (Halifax) they need to give the company 15 days to deliver the goods - if they don't arrive within 14 days I am to ring the bank again and they will look into this for me. Feeling a right fool for getting caught like this, but at least this site shows a lot of us have been caught out. Swines!!!
