- Stay on them...I did and finally got my Refund!!....I faxed a copy of the transaction and sent it to them like they asked and they kept sayin it was sent the refund dept for review but i stayed on them and kept telling them i wanted my Refund and they put it back into my account....they said it would be less but it was the whole amount $39.98

- It went on for about a month because i waited patiently then I started getting impatient because they kept saying the same thing and asked to fax the transaction and i told them i did twice and that was the Proof and that i didnt have an account order # because i didnt order such thing but i wasnt gonna let them get away or think i forgot and was gonna leave it alone:D....It worked so STAY ON THEM!! keep emailing them telling them you want your REFUND and your money back!
