I pruchased an 8" android tablet. The charger doesn't work...the charge light doesn't turn on when plugged into the power. Power source was Hong Kong but they provided Aust. adaptor....so I bought another just in case the problem was with the adaptor. It wasn't....it still doesn't work. The tablet turns on but with 50% charge, I can never use it as it will never charge again. I sent a very detailed account of the complaint. Was told to send photo OR video of problem. So I sent a photo (pointless) and then i was told send a video too (are you kidding me???...of what... plugging the charger into the power???). So I spat the dummy and they told me to return the tablet AT MY COST. So I buy a $155 tablet which doesn't work, but a new adaptor for $10 and then still have to pay shipping costs to replace it. SCAM!!!!

- Firstly, the RMA system doesn't recognise me because I purchased this through a 3rd party. Secondly, customer service have been hopeless and I can't even understand half of their responses because the english is so bad. Thirdly, I did not receive notification for reimbursement of my $10 adaptor. And forthly, i have now spent another $23 on a new charger which also doesn't work so its the tablet that is faulty. AND I am still being told I need to pay for shipping. DON'T GO NEAR THESE GUYS
