I ordered the Who knew book for my wife for her birthday. I was sent 2 sets and was charged 2 times. I called the number for customer service and was sent a text message with a $10 per month service charge to be billed to my cell phone. I tried to reply with"stop" to stop the service charge, but the message would not go through.

Update: 02/23/2012

Resolved. When I called customer service, I dialed 1-888 and not the 1-800, thus getting me the service that charged my cell phone. (my mistake) When I called the correct number, telebrands refunded/ corrected my issue immediately.
