I placed an order on 12/2/11. The check was cleared on 12/13/11. I finally received notice that I would get a refund on 2/5/12 but never received it. I ordered a LaCie case and 2TB external drive, $159.28. This is exactly the same issue as complaint #74842 and others encountered.
