After signing up for free samples, where I only had to pay post and packaging, first of all three times that amount was taken from my account, then a day later, a further £60 was taken and two days after that £72. When I got my bank statement I phone their customer service to be told that it said in the small print that I should have contacted them within 14 days and after that they could charge the full price. That is not my idea of a free sample, and at no time on their website was I directed to the small print.
