I ordered free trial of an anti-wrinkle skin cream for my wife on the 17th Jan and paid two postage items of £2.97 and £2.95. I thought that this was the end of the matter but on the credit card in Feb I find another £19.95 on the 8th Feb and £60.02 on the 9th Feb has been charged to the account with a company called Creamcareskin.com. No website appears to exist for this company and I have received nothing so I contacted the bank who explained that it was a scam. Apparently buried in the detail of the website was a clause which allowed them to make further charges to the account. The bank knew the number to 'phone (08081683685). The Bank contacted the company for me and they have had the account cancelled. But I cannot get back the £19.95 or the £60.02 as it was part of the "agreement" which was buried in the website.
