I emailed several children entertainment companies when trying to book a character for my child's birthday party. Copy Cats for Kids purposely false advertised (and are continuing to do so on their website and Facebook pages) by sending me a picture of a costume they DID NOT have. On the day of my party, they attempted to "slide" another costume by me which was missing critical features of the actual cartoon character. When asked for a refund and for the entertainer to just leave my party, the owner Star said that she would only refund me my $30.00 deposit, which did not include the $120.00 cash I paid the entertainer minutes before. After several phone conversations, the entertainer who was at my party just felt bad about the entire ordeal, including locking her keys and costuem in her car, and agreed to give me my money back against her supervisor's advice. I would just like to see the false pictures taken off of the website and Facebook page as to not mislead other parents. In all the party for my daughter was RUINED because her entire theme was centered around this character! I will never recommend this business to anyone and will certainly never do business with them again!
