I signed up for a domain name and a host when I set up an account with Online Profit Masters. This was set up through Brain Host who charged me 152.15 for the service. I received an email receipt and another email stating that my websites were ready. When I tried to access them, nothing happened. I called the customer service number and a representative apologized and said it would be up and running soon. The service still did not work, so I did some research on Online Profit Masters and Brain Host and found an astonishing amount of people who had been scammed by them or were not honored the warranty that was promised. When I called back and complained, the person on the phone said sorry if you don't like our service, I will cancel your account for you. Keep in mind that this was without the option of getting my money refunded and I had only set up the account earlier that day! I am so frustrated with scammers and horrible online sites making promises they have no intention of keeping and stealing people's hard earned money. I and everyone else should get their money back.
