I signed up for inbox pays to take surveys i decide to to order cable from direct tv so instead i took a survey to order direct tv once i took the survey i suppose to see money posted on my inbox pays account which is still a balance of $7.60 also i also i did other surveys on this site as well so i emailed inbox pays a few times they emailed me saying if i got direct tv installation in my house if i do for me to respond so i respond to my email and i still didnt get my $50.00 yet so imma emailed them again to see what's going on and what's taking them so long most likely they prey on the vurnerable ones like me i am already a victim of identity theft which messed up my credit to where i cant get a loan or anything

i have to print out my proof of damage i try to submitted twice on here but it wont let me because my photo is not formatted for the browse

    The cable survey requires installation to get credit. If you feel you have completed a survey and it is not showing as Approved yet, please send us a print screen attachment of the confirmation email or confirmation page sent by our advertiser to you, so we can go back to the advertiser and ask for approval for credit.

    When a survey is completed, the advertiser will send you a confirmation email or confirmation page. (like-your product shipped on XXX date,etc.).

    If you have not received a confirmation email or confirmation page, you may not have completed all the requirements necessary to receive credit.

    Print Screen attachments can easily be made by clicking on the Print Screen tab,(Prt Scr) located above the "Backspace" tab on a keyboard
    -press it once when you are viewing the page you want to copy, and it makes an image in memory;(you will not see anything happen), then paste that image onto either a WORD document, or by using PAINT, and save it as a .jpg or a .pdf file, then attach that file to a support ticket.

    The attachment needs to include your email address, date, and the Headers of the email, as this will verify whether it is a genuine email, and was sent by the advertiser.

    We have an email Support Ticketing system where our members can ask questions via email support tickets and receive answers to help them with any questions they may have.
