I was shunned to find £74.95 had taken out from my bank account without my permission. I thought it was a free trial. How can I get my money back please? Very distressing as I am OAP. and already overdraft my account which is unfairly.

- Phone them and shout and shout and shout! I am an OAP too and I phoned and shouted the odds and now, 14 days since they took my money, I have been refunded in full. Keep at them - good luck!

- Oh and get on to your bank too to make sure they don't take any more. I had to have my card cancelled and a new one issued. Take a look at Money Saving Expert.com - there are loads of people commenting on there.
