I saw the add,which appeared when reading my emails,with claims of amazing results with their products and offering a free sample Perfect radiance for a £2.95postage charge.I also purchased-Revita la Peau for £5.97.No where did it say that I was commiting myself to make further purchases,and lo and behold they have taken £74.95 on 25/01/12,£51.00&£79.99 on 27/01/12 without my authority from my credit card.I did not receive any more products.
Ihave contacted the credit card company and they have cancelled the card,.and will investigate for fraud,but I'm unclear as to whether I will get my money back.Can you help?
