ordered a trial size cream paid postage and packing, it did not state anything else gone to the bank i cannot believe what money they have taken out. the bank cannot do anything as they say ive sign up, but i said no it was a trial offer. what else can i do

- You must block any further payments from this company. They have the ability to take money from your account as and when they feel like it. And believe me they will. Go back to your bank and stop any further payments immediately.The bank will tell you this is not possible but stand your ground, it is possible, cause Santander have done it for me this afternoon after arguing and crying and begging them. Visa should also be held accountable too.
