My normal channel for software does now permit downloads after business hours so I searched the web for a company that would allow instant downloads. Found Discount Software Source. Made the purchase only to find out after they had my funds they don't download after hours either. Next day I still did not get my download. Called them, you get an answering machine. Sent them emails, they got returned undeliverable. Went to their website and used support only to get computerized returns that they would get back to me in one business day. Called my bank and registered a formal complaint to have my funds returned. Called my normal supplier and had my software in 20 minutes.
