I responded to an internet offer for a free sample of cream and serum for the price of the p & p being £5.97 and .95pence.
The cream and serum arrived and a week later I discovered the company had taken £79.99 and £74.95, a total of £154.94 from my credit card on 5 February 2012. There had been no mention of these charges on the original advert so I'm extremely interested in retreiving my money.
