Wished I had checked these guys out before I ordered- but it appears that all of our orders were clustered in the same time span- I ordered Feb 11, paid with PayPal and received the purchase confirmation with order number but no shipping confirmation. I have sent 6 emails for updates and finally a cancellation with no response. I have opened a claim with PayPal, but from what I read- they will "assist in getting money back' it's not a guaranteed thing to get money back. : (

Received envelope with toy inside days ago instead of shoes, made claim to Paypal and received full refund $80.10 from Paypal today... did not have to ship toy back- thanks Paypal!!

- Andy- if you are from Rios Shoes- please read all of these complaints. Rios website shipping policy states shoes are shipped 24-48 hours from payment with automatic shipping confirmation emailed. Shoes were to be delivered within 5-10 days. This did not happen for the customers posting complaints. We all emailed many times for updates and got no responses. Some received empty envelope with no shoes. Legitimate companies ship their products fast and return emails from customers. I sent many emails saying if Rios did not confirm shipment I was cancelling my order. I had to buy same shoes from another company because Rios would not confirm shipment.
